I understand your point. we need tons of money to do such an industry like that, but we can't count on the others, even friends, to build your own power.
The only Solution is to ask the Tunisian people to invest in this project. no foreign aids or donation or partnership will be accepted. This is a totally a Tunisian Project and Believe me we can do it.
Well let's be active and let's be the first to start this project and I'm not kidding. I'm willing to leave everything in the USA and go back home and work hard for this project. You call it craziness, you call it madness but I'll call it patriotism.
